Make a fist and nod it up and down like how you would nod your head "yes."

Put a fist on top of a flat palm and pull them toward your body to say "help me." Push the same fist and palm out toward a person ...

Hayden's not doing it in this picture, but you circle your fists around as if you're riding a bike.

Kinda self explanatory... ;) Also, I'm wondering if I should just change the blog to be called "Sign Every Other Day or So" :)...
